Terms and Conditions

  • By booking a trip with you are agreeing to be subscribed to our newsletter.
  • to have images captured of you on your experience and testimonies to be used on the website and future promotional
  • bookings are confirmed by A deposit payable via paypal.
  • deposits vary depending upon the experience booked and will be provided prior to payment.
  • deposits are required to guarantee your space and current price.
  • **deposits schedule vary depending upon the experienced booked. Caribbean & Colombian deposits are $300 - $500 per person. all-inclusive luxury adventures to Africa and Romania are $1000 and payable up to 6 months prior to departure**
  • Deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled no later than 4 months before the tour date;
  • deposits for all-inclusive luxury adventures are non-refundable after deadline has passed.. Balance of payment must be made 4 months prior to departure. These conditions are necessary due to the nature of our business where lodges, activities, and transportation usually fill up months in advance and we need to secure spacing on our tours.


  • 2-4 months prior to departure, 50% nonrefundable
  • 1-2 months prior to departure, 75% nonrefundable
  • Less than 1 month prior to departure, 100% nonrefundable


  • Small boutique hotels, suites, villas
  • 4 - 5 star
  • Double room has 1 or  2 queen beds.  Villas vary depending on the group.


  • Cost is in CAD currency, unless otherwise stated.
  • deposit must be made at the time of booking to guarantee the booking.
  • Prices are per person based on Double Occupancy, or unless otherwise stated.
