Feature Caribbean Fruit: The Sugar Apple

Islands have many delicious fruit. Some may look weird, but they are all delicious.  And like anything else there are known by different names.  As a child I ate a lot of this fruit, and with great reason, it was readily available, and absolutely DELICIOUSNESS!

Yes it looks weird, but when fully ripe, it is sweeeet! Simply squeeze, pull apart and eat.  Don't eat the seed, plant and grow your own sugar apple tree (hopefully you're in a hot climate).

In TnT it is called a SUGAR APPLE, and I believe other islands do call it many other names. No matter what it's called, enjoy! If you know this fruit, is it called something other than Sugar Apple?
