She Is Fit: How Do You Keep Fit

Dear Travel Diary,

How do you keep fit?

Or do you even bother to especially if you are blessed with ultra fab genetics and you simply just don't need to. But for the rest of the world, how do you keep fit, daily?

Are you eating well, clean eating to be precise, I can tell you now, clean eating, no I do not. I do my best to maintian a balanced diet, because let's face it, peanut covered M&M's, brownies, tamarind balls, doubles, roti, pholourie, pelau, oil down, Italian food, etc....are a weakness.  There, I've admitted it!

But seriously, I do love working out, mainly dancing, weight lifting, I squeeze in yoga, Pilates, swimming, and the Les Mills Bodypump workout. It's so, so, so, so, so, so, sooooooo good! 

My business partner is a fitness maven, she's the owner of Fitness-Barre.com and she specializes in Latin & Caribbean based dance fitness....it's sooooo good. I'll share vids of her in class in another post.
